The fascinating story of the jewerly created by the Perri goldsmiths is over a century long.
The founder was Gennaro Perri in 1896 who starter the first goldsmith's shop in Cirò (CZ). His son Alberto worked as a goldsmith in Campana (CS) just a his two sons Gennaro and Antonio.
Both then respectively having moved to Cosenza And Corigliano Calabro,have resurcefully, inspirationally and with great refinement, reinterpreted and updated the style and design of old-fashioned goldsmithery.
The Perri Family of Campana is an actual artisan dinasty that passes down from generation to generation, time-honoured experience and manual skills. Still today, in fact, the traditional jewels are still being made passionatelly and with great dedicationin our workshop using ancient techniques like filigree and granulation; techniques that represent an important aspect of the Calabrian Cultural and artistic heritage. |
